  • 2 day-old croissants 
  • Butter 
  • Honey 
  • Burrata 
  • Sun-dried tomatoes 
  • Chopped pistachio nuts 
  • Balsamic vinegar dressing 
  • Mortadella 
  • Rocket

  • Crush the 2 croissants with a rolling pin
  • Melt the butter in a pan and add the croissants 
  • Over low heat, add the honey to caramelise the croissants and turn regularly until they have a lovely golden colour 
  • Put a few rocket leaves and 2 slices of mortadella on the croissant.
  • Add the burrata and a few sun-dried tomatoes.  
  • Add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar dressing and a few chopped pistachios 
  • Finish by putting the other croissant on top
