- 2 day-old croissants
- Butter
- Honey
- Burrata
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Chopped pistachio nuts
- Balsamic vinegar dressing
- Mortadella
- Rocket
Preparation steps
- Crush the 2 croissants with a rolling pin
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the croissants
- Over low heat, add the honey to caramelise the croissants and turn regularly until they have a lovely golden colour
- Put a few rocket leaves and 2 slices of mortadella on the croissant.
- Add the burrata and a few sun-dried tomatoes.
- Add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar dressing and a few chopped pistachios
- Finish by putting the other croissant on top
